Salary and Incentives. If you bring in money, you'll get money. Byju's is all about money. You can not say that you worked really hard but did not get money.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Management is disgusting. Some of the managers had skills but most of them are themselves under immense pressure and puts that on subordinates. A lot of leaves were available but managers will never let you avail them! Working weekends. Will have to extend end time way more than often.

The salary is the best part of the company. The work culture is very competitive and the collegues are just amazing.

At times it gets a bit hectic to be highly competitive but can't complain about it literally as it offers huge package 😇😍

... BYJU'S and had a great time there. Employees are well-cared for by the company. Aside from the generous salary, they offer plenty of other appealing perks.

Don't come here with a preconceived notion. To thrive in BYJU'S you must have an adaptable mindset and have a lot of grit. They tell me to revise my work almost everyday until I achieve near-perfection.

...not approved easily even though HR's have provided enough leaves for employees. only good thing is salary and health insurance and there is no saturday sunday weekoff. weekoffs is on weekdays.
