...-16 months. And there is 2-2.5 yr. Old employee they are still as they where. 4. In the name of Increment they increase salary by 5% 5. I got to learn how corporate can go to bottom level to save their own head

First of all, they provide fixed salary and good salary. Gives brief knowledge about company and give good training. And as we all know byju's is one of the biggest ed-tech company it open new future opportunities.

Dislikes

Work culture is hilarious. Have to forget your personal life and give 12 hours daily to your work. If you are starting at 9am you have to end it at 9pm, it was that bad.

Working atmosphere was excellent. Salary was the main attraction. We get paid incentives according to our performances.Get rewards for our performances.

No exact timing for the job. Sometimes there had 12 hrs working time. If we met the targets then only we could leave the office. Leave criteria was pathetic. So much time to get the final settlement and I didn't get any till date.

If you can work hard, then it's good for you.. Good salary compare to other company.. Here u just hav to book demoes, for which u will be paid good, where as at sam salary in other company you will have to close the sale and do everything... Overall my experience was awesome.. I got to learn alot over here.

Some managers are partial, one of him because of his insufficient knowledge was responsible for my resigntion.. Ever the HR did not co- operated... I got a good offer from other company but because of their fake promises I left that job... And after that they made me left this job also.
