1. Training to employees needs an understanding. 2. No document KRAs for the roles. 3. Sycophantic environment support. 4. Appraisals and promotions are very randomly done. 5. Managers are very young with any professional training. 6. Random optimisation of resources done in between where a resource just keeps moving and learns nothing properly. 7. You feel trapped after a while and sense there’s no where else to go. No proper skill development.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Partiallity is extremely high. After working for 3 years i left the company due to personal reasons ,when i wanted to rejoin later nobody even responded to me properly and no proper POC for rejoining in a reputed company like this. After that i sent a mail to co founder of this company through linkedin i got a call from their team they asked me to join as a BDA this is really annoying and pathetic. I worked as a BDM and i have always achieved & over achieved my targets during my tenure at Byjus . I wonder the experience gained and achievements done in their company is not even considered by that company itself . But i know lot of people who even failed as a BDA joined the company back as BDM just because they had good connect with their higher management .

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
