Work life balance is just a myth here. If you have ethics in works, you'll struggle to achieve target. Basically , the BYJU'S seeling strategy is to emotionally blackmailing the parents and utilise their fear.

Extremely good salaries , two days off, salary paid on time even if target not achieved

Dislikes

-Zero work life balance . -Customer will use rude language at times. -if target not achieved high pressure - no dept change possible - work on off days -No fixed work hours. 9am - 9.30pm and meeting that last till 10.30pm sometimes

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.

There are so many reasons for dislike. They just give you hopes of big salary package. But in reality we are not received salary as per offer letter. They put lots of requirements to get full salary. No job security. No incentive. No support.. no fix time. Abuses everytime.
