I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

Dislikes

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...

Management and seniors behaviour where worst means, if I say that today byju's is surviving any type of conditions any type of typical situation just because of the management and senior behaviours and nothing else.

Except salary, everything is worst. Even salary is also getting deducted or getting reduced for unknown reasons. Lay off, lay off, lay off.... more than promotions and other things, one have to be beware of layoffs. When it comes to lay off, the top level managements are getting safe without any reasons and are getting highly paid, that too for no reason. But the ground level management ( BDE ), who are putting their efforts are not appreciated. Appreciations are next, but they should be in the place, where they need to be motivated. But for them, salary will be credited only after 15 th of every months, laying off them for without any reasons
