The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

... there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. I never suggest anyone to join BYJU’S.

Please do not join Byju’s at any cost, it’s a sinking ship held a float by smoke and mirrors there’s nothing good to say about this company.

... you’re expected to do work even over the weekends - Lot of internal politics - No appraisals or pay hikes - Terrible tech stack / work

There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

...ployees work after working hours. Good part is working on trending technologies. And I got compensation more than FAANG companies.

Work life balance, since there was not many projects taken up it less pressure on deadlines. Sprint is usually of a month. Planning was done before sprits starts, though you get some minor requirements from products but it was a lot lesser once the manager changed.

Dislikes

No transparency from the leaders, no innovation, cost cutting from infra side and employee getting layed off from all the departments. Many building getting shut down without any notice.
