The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

... there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. I never suggest anyone to join BYJU’S.

Work culture bad Working hours are not uniform and stretched every day . The working hours of dependent department are not matching which is affecting the business in regional locations. No proper vision. You can get hired for role A and be shifted to role B with no long term vision whatsoever. No job security, even at senior position like Director. You can be asked to put papers out of the blue.

Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?
