The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

... there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. I never suggest anyone to join BYJU’S.

Salary and incentives Quick growth but with bad politics

Work culture bad Working hours are not uniform and stretched every day . The working hours of dependent department are not matching which is affecting the business in regional locations. Official Communication is way too bad and delayed. Process is not aligned way too much confusion around everything.

but BYJU's is not the company who take care of employees work life balance, they will always care about sales team not the other teams, like logistics, finance, backend operations etc,etc

Due to the shift timings, it is sometimes difficult to find a cab at the time.

Pay is the only thing good here

No proper vision. You can get hired for role A and be shifted to role B with no long term vision whatsoever. No job security, even at senior position like Director. You can be asked to put papers out of the blue.
