office politics was much higher, people promotes there undeserving candidates on the basis of how much bond they have with employee. work culture issue and office timing.

... work culture. Discrimination and particiality is the core of senior herarchy. Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.

Everything ie culture, work life balance , career security, transparency and upper herarchy from ASM.

Worst culture and senior hierarchy is partial, no support when required instead of this they try to traumatise and make tham to resign. Cx support system is terrible. No service after sales, things only visible on paper. After exit no miscalculated fnf

They purchase Manager and BDA with high pay and perks for unfortunately wrong practices. For some time employee enjoys there salaries after that due to high pressure they fired or in mind to quit.

Pathetic!!!! Organization is fooling the Parents. After sales service department is not working. Money making company not even single thing of humanity. Only Akash Institute is genuine and unfortunate that Akash is owned by Byjus now. Akash owner certainly feel regret that handover to wrong Organization as Akash was really doing great work.

...ssociates. Sometimes even associates shout back & then it's like a street brawl. Salary, incentives & benefits all has been massively reduced over the last 1 year. Unless you don't have any other skill set, don't join here.
