The training part before on job period was good. I was part of the GATE Exam prep section. We were given knowledge about the exam, and how we need to convince the students, how it is beneficial for the students, what are the payment gateways, n dreams about becoming a BDA then Business Development Manager were showed, promotion n incentive schemes were told. It was work from home during training period. They bear flight ticket cost and 15 days stay in a hotel when you relocate to Bengaluru. Official Timings 10am to 8pm, but gets stretched daily.

Dislikes

...o relocate to Bangalore most probably, after that your daily talktime must be 2.5 hours, not to get your salary deducted, work starts from 10am and ends at 10pm for girls, for boys there are no timings. Girls are hired for inside sales, boys are expected to go out to meet client n close the deal. Mondays and Tuesdays are holidays, but Manager expect you to work in holidays also.

Nothing except the package which comes with additional mental torture and squeezes you like a lemon once you don't produce juice your thrown and later you rot mentally

Dislikes

I dislike almost everything , work culture with no ethics , pressure , disgusting senior managers , working hours exceeds 12 hours sometimes and no weekdays off

Only salary but you have to work very hard for that. Otherwise they will mentally torture you to achieve the target.

Dislikes

Working enviroment, they dont appreciate your efforts. The only thing they want is to generate the revenue. Its really very hectic to work in BYJUS. I wont recommend anyone to work there because you will lose you work life balance as well as your respect.

BYJU'S offers great salary package even for freshers when compared to other edtech firms. Not only this, we are also given many opportunities to learn and work harder to achieving our personal and work goals. I am really happy with my job here at BYJU'S.

Dislikes

Everyday is different and every company has their own ups and downs. No major cons as such.

Since there are more than hundreds of employees working here, there is very high competition.
