Work culture is really toxic, even if you work for the organization for more than 1 year you're nothing to them (no job security) regional office staffs (including HR) Are not at all supportive.

The only positive aspect was the salary being offered. Also, the provision of Ola cabs to travel

There was nothing to learn, just making phone calls the company culture was terrible with seniors using abusive language With the working days and timings, there was no work life balance

Nothing. It is a company which treats you like labours, i worked there for almost a year, but no satisfaction at all. There is no thing like HR in this company.
