There are so many reasons for dislike. They just give you hopes of big salary package. But in reality we are not received salary as per offer letter. They put lots of requirements to get full salary. No job security. No incentive. No support.. no fix time. Abuses everytime.

Salary package is maximum and promotion is radio. And we can learn many new things there like can improve your communication skills, improve objection handling skills and many more.

Pressure is more but this is also helpful as it help us in future as you can handle any kind of pressure in future.

Work culture is really toxic, even if you work for the organization for more than 1 year you're nothing to them (no job security) regional office staffs (including HR) Are not at all supportive.

Your growth is exponential if you are smart enough to grab the opportunity. Compensation structure is awesome. Mich like Wolf of wall street.

No structure. Random change in rules. Flat salary structure. Disorganized. Zero work life balance. Politics.

The only positive aspect was the salary being offered. Also, the provision of Ola cabs to travel

There was nothing to learn, just making phone calls the company culture was terrible with seniors using abusive language With the working days and timings, there was no work life balance
