Dislikes

Worse management and environment of the company you have to work from 9am to 10pm. No work life balance, Abusive managers, humiliating culture. Worst part is calling on the limited leads to get the attendance and to make the call time on the switch off, not reachable, not exist phone numbers which is never completed and you marked absent means no payment of that day . Imagine sitting in the office from 9am to 10pm and you get nothing 😑

Only good thing is salary is better than any other company.

...k at byju's is compensation that they provide, that too have various conditions. There is no assurity that you'll get your daily salary also because they have specific conditions which you have to fulfill to get the salary.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
