Compensation is the best part. Also the variable pay was high.

There was no work-life balance. I should be at the office by 9.30AM and can leave the office only if I complete my 3 hours of call time. They will give you 25 leads, atleast 2 of them will be 9 digit numbers, 4 of them would be old leads where people already tortured them many times, 4 of them would never answer. With the remaining 15 leads, I'm expected to complete 3 hours of talk time or else I shouldn't leave the office. I would be a train wreck before I reach my room by 11.30PM.

One of the worst company Zero scope for growth Most BDA's does not even know to speak in English Here, you don't learn a proper sales. They teach you to fool the parents and the attendance criteria is super difficult to achieve. Most of the lead details are given from the not interested column. Never blame the leads, even if they scold your mom Or dad still you gotta focus on selling the product. Most parents treat you like a salesman(even beggars are given more respect), you can to forcefully enter their home and then be very aggressive and tell too many lies. This company's experience is not valid on any good organization. You will not learn anything productive including the communication skills. Working hours early morning 8.30am - infinity. Working days - everyday. No week off Conclusion: Working in Byjus 1-3 months-- increases blood pressure, slight hair loss 3-6 months-- great hair loss, depression, dark circle in eyes, anxiety, digestion issues 6-9 months-- extreme bp, maniac depression, extreme fatigue 9-12 months-- suicide thoughts, no motivation to live, private parts will stop working, customer's will be searching for taking revenge out of you 12+ months-- 100℅ mental, psycho and heart patient BYJUS IS SAME AS THE BLUE WHALE GAME

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good and appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

I have more than 1.6months experience over there. Salary is good but career growth is slow.

Only the salary part , that too if you are too good only daily deductions will not occur.If you had some issues with anyone like HRBP, Manager,Teammates, etc. The salary too will decrease drastically , this happened to me at my last month.

Commanding, Stimulating and threatening you for sales. If you were on a field visit for sales and end up with no sales they will threaten you like you were some criminal or their slave. Most often they treat you as slave , where the working hours will be more than 12 hours but they will say you will be working only for 9 hours at field visits at all you will be working at untime too this is what the work-life balance they speak about. You get nothing to learn but you will learn various ways to fool and cheat people even he is from a lower background too it doesn't matter because no one is having humanity. if you have done no sales means you will get fired within a month, Politics plays a major role that's why they tend to threaten you. I don't blame them for doing sales, but they are not doing sales they are just cheating and playing with parent's mindset. Sales is done everywhere in our daily life starting with milk to ending the day with medicines, that's where need is created and in garments shop too the sale is being done with a passion that's how it needs to be done.

...ule. No one literally cares about your performance. The most toxic work culture. You might be asked to work 13-14 hrs a day with no compensation and the product itself is a joke. I’m sure customers will call the sales representative once a sale is done to tell how they exploited their money. This company should be ashamed of its deeds.
