Fresher gets good salary but after sometime you feel it isn't worth. Other departments of Byju's are good but sales is horrible.

Dislikes

Hectic work lots of pressure, no work life balance (13-14hr working), zero ethics in managers and senior managers, yelling is common there, no learning, work culture is toxic last but not the least I would like to say please go for something as in Byju's but not sales. I have been working here for 7 months.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
