Is BYJU’s Really Benefiting Anyone Besides Investors?
With Raveendran’s return to BYJU'S, who’s actually benefiting here? From my perspective, BYJU's has certainly built an impressive brand, but the focus seems to be heavily on securing investments rather than providing genuine value to its customers. The pressure on employees and the marketing strategies, which sometimes feel misleading, make me question if they’re truly prioritizing education or just profit. what do you think?

I've found that Byju's has a very challenging work culture, with high pressure and demanding expectations. However, if you can learn to manage your tasks efficiently and develop a good workflow, it becomes easier to handle the daily workload and navigate the environment.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...

No hike, No job security, No skill development, they make the employee to complete only targets and nothing more, no work life balance. Waste of time and experience until you know some big shots inside the company to get a promotion or to be considered.
