a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The employees on the technology side of the company are really talented. Good mentoring from peers. Good technology stack. Good problem space.

Dislikes

No additional benefits apart from salary. No reimbursements for wifi even though people are working from home. Multiple layoffs. Very poor severance package for affected employees. Delayed (mostly likely to be missed) appraisal. No clear path for the stability of the organization in the future.

Please do not join Byju’s at any cost, it’s a sinking ship held a float by smoke and mirrors there’s nothing good to say about this company.

They pay more salary for freshers. Separate Team for SDET

1) Zero job security. 2) they treat employee as machines 3) last 1 year, that fired 4k employee 4) only in tech they fired 10 % 5) please don't job byjus 6) they send you MacBook pro and welcome kit just with in 1 day 7) don't go that that 8) don't go for any EdTech companies
