Dislikes

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
