Only one thing to say - monthly pay was excellent. We will be happy for in time credit and incentives. Apart of that nothing to feel happy.

Dislikes

Main point this company don’t have any job security. Work load is hell. Management only need there benefits - they never care for our benefits or hikes or promotions. I never felt secure with this company and I never prefer anyone to join on this Byjus company. Kind of use and throw.

Byju's is a great company to work for. Not only do they pay a handsome salary, but they also provide several other facilities that are helpful for the overall growth of the employees.

A very vibrant, collaborative and supportive environment that exposes one to several skill-sets in every project one gets to work on. Growth oriented.

...e occasional chaos there’s always been support and finding a way out together. The unfair advantage in terms of package given to employees/ freshers from the 1st tier institutions is the only thing that’s felt disappointing and I feel this change has to be brought across several industries in India. Atleast post their first year of proving themselves.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.
