Worst company policy.they don't provide you a document for relive and they will tell shit things for salary hold.they don't provide you a salary for last working days.they change change their company policy as per they want.and worst timeing you have be on time but they are not ready relive on time.(9.00to 7.30).but they don't provide the OT salary also.

...ice to work more but leader are not working there's work also we should be done. *They not credit the salary of one month they tell nonsense reason to credit the salary how to work in that company so many complent .

I joined in Avadi Branch. Manager Name: Ganapathi The manager doesn't know how to treat Employees and He doesn't know how to train/teach the fresher employee. After one month,Without giving proper training they will say "From you,Our company didn't get profit" so you're unfit for job. Manager has Zero Skills.WORST ENGLISH COMMUNICATION. This Consultant is like 'WELL WATER FROGS'. They will treat you like Street Dog. WORST CULTURE. THE MANAGER SPEAKS ABOUT NONSENSE TOPIC WITH PRIVACY EXAMPLE. This company moto is Just MONEY MONEY MONEY. #Money Minded Organization. As you're HR,they treat you like Sales person. Worst Organization to learn and grow Career. Dear Boys/girls it's not safe to work with this Organisation (Avadi). They're losing valuable Employee.

Why should some one work on this company .When the talent acquisition department itself post in recruitment portal like they are only interested in hiring female genders for a particular job.Such company should be black listed and no one should work for such company which is a threat to the society as a whole which promote gender discrimination. WORST COMPANY TO CONSIDER
