The CTO often blames others instead of taking responsibility or offering guidance. The CTO maintains a fake smile in front of the team but backstabs others behind their backs. The CTO is the worst leader I have ever encountered, showing no integrity, avoiding work, and failing to guide either freshers or senior team members, while blaming the team for any issues.
