Monthly salary that barely covers the essentials of life

Dislikes

Now, get ready for the real entertainment: no salary raises, minimal recognition, and a tendency to magnify your mistakes rather than your achievements. And then there's the leave policy straight from a nightmare, with obligatory Saturday shifts and a "floater" leave system that's more like a sinking ship during festivals. The CEO, with his grand visions but lacking execution skills. And don't even get me started on the co-founders – a trio where one person juggles roles as CPO and CMO, despite lacking expertise in either. And then there's the CTO, whose track record in failure is almost impressive enough to be comedic. Entrusting him with technology is akin to asking a fish to pilot a plane. let's not forget the other co-founder – a walking punchline with no punchline. But wait, the real star of the show is the Head of Finance. You'd think with a title like that, he'd be the picture of professionalism and also his track record in failure is almost impressive enough to be a punchline. Instead, he's a master of manipulation, sweet-talking his way into firing people left and right. He's not safeguarding the company's finances. he's just having a laugh at everyone else's expense. With a lineup of founders who couldn't build a sandcastle, and a head of finance who couldn't balance a checkbook if his life depended on it, it's no wonder the main highlight of this comedy show is everyone cheating everyone else.

Collaborating with team members, excluding the CTO, was generally positive and productive.

Dislikes

Clear project requirements were often lacking, leading to confusion and inefficiency. The absence of established development standards hindered the quality and consistency of our work. Rather than fostering collaboration, the work environment often devolved into a blame game, hindering morale and productivity. The CTO was frequently unreachable, making it difficult to seek guidance or clarification on critical issues. Code reviews conducted by the CTO lacked thoroughness and keeping to best practices, leaving projects vulnerable to errors and failures. The CTO's lack of experience in the software industry led to misguided criticisms and unrealistic expectations. The CTO's propensity for implementing new processes without follow-through only added to the chaos and inconsistency CTO does not follow best practices and lacks experience in working for large companies, leading to poor technical decisions. The CTO often blames others instead of taking responsibility or offering guidance. The CTO maintains a fake smile in front of the team but backstabs others behind their backs. The CTO is the worst leader I have ever encountered, showing no integrity, avoiding work, and failing to guide either freshers or senior team members, while blaming the team for any issues.
