nothing to like about this company but one thing is you can sometimes take work from home.

...laries as well on time. You can expect delay of 10-15 days normally every month. Also, they will deduct PF (both employee and employer contribution) from your salary but will never submit it which is a case of cheating. Even after leaving the company you don't accept your PF from them, upon asking they will tell 3-4 months later they will submit which will create a bad impact on your pf as it will leave your next employer with doubt that you have got no pf also at a time getting pf from 2 companies also creates a bad impression of moon lightening. Also, they will stop replying to your calls and emails at a point. Management is very very biased. Favoritism plays a vital role in this company. You need to be able to work from morning 10 am to night 3 am. and even after doing so they will say you have bandwidth. Even after having so many leave balance, if you take, that will be a LOP sometimes as per their mood. And there are many more things to write, I can't just finish writing.

Nothing to like here. They are a bunch of scammers.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time. They have not paid pf amount for more than an year. They have deducted the income tax but not paid a single penny to the government. Asked us to pay fine and then ask for reimbursement. The management is really toxic especially the director of audience acquisition. They fire of employees as and when they wish.

...s worst about this company. Even they are stealing PF money from the employees. They deducted employee's contribution for PF from salary but didn't pay in their PF account. Worst work culture.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst culture. Egoistic management. No job security. They do not adhere to their own policies and terms of employment.

Management and leadership: worst egoistic people. Do not know leadership skills. Will not provide training and resources to perform your task. One day they will fire you because they have to give you appraisal. So they will hire new MTs at lower salaries. This is what they do every year.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

Since they try to run the company from their own money, which most of the time they don't have, they NEVER pay salaries on time. The CEO is useless & clueless on how to run a company. The senior management around him are toxic & highly selfish, which results in favouritism, wrong accusations, drastic changes in work & overall horrible, toxic culture.
