Poor management system,there are differentiation between seo and technical team. boss favors only technical team.HR sending mail in every 2 month that tea allowed with friends only in tea break but manager can do for one hour in evening . Executive can't talk in working time but managers can talk in second half with coffee. But no action against managers but if any employee discuss anything then these same managers take meeting and discuss about the company policy about no communication other than office work but they can do. Partial company .these manager gives gyan in meetings about professionalism but they can shout on eachother on work station .

Too much of politics and grouping. Management and Sr. HR is good, but some seniour and specially (TL) considers himself the master. They are busy talking to other teams instead of focusing on work. People are more into politics rather seeing your talent or work. If you do buttering of the seniors and old employee, they only you can stay there. They no judge your talent or work, they judge your buttering. And your promotion or increment happens on the same basis. Here grouping takes place, and new employees are target. No professional or talented employee stay long time. Employee here are mostly unprofessional.

This is very bad company with poor management. There is no proper working culture. Hr team is always gossiping with other teams. There are many issues with the washrooms. Favoritsm is a big problem, especiallh HR team, and some senior. Nobody notices your hard work here. Even this kind or toxic environment does not exist anywhere else. Only those who keep buttering the management can survive here.
