I really enjoy the growth opportunities and supportive environment at Business Integrity Serivces. The management genuinely encourages exploring new skills and roles, which has allowed me to transition from a Senior Insurance AR to a trainer and explore areas like branding and social media. The culture here values openness, fairness and continuous learning, and I appreciate that my ideas and contributions are recognized. I truly value the growth opportunities at Business Integrity Services. Initially, there were some challenges with compensation aligning with my experience and skills. Now the things have greatly changed and improved. ...ided cab facilities in partial lockdown for day shift also with pickup and drop. Also there compensation is excellent comparing to market. They also provided Rention bonus, festival bonus, with your package on full company expenses.

Dislikes

Basically the keep changing process updates, and alot gotomeeting and teams calls with no idea why they are doing. They never listen to individual feedback but in meeting time the will ask to talk. There is alot of internal politics as of every company.

I enjoy the atmosphere and layout of the office, which makes working much more comfortable. Really gracious hospitality from the staff. Programs and events bring me great joy. In many ways, management is very beneficial. It is beneficial to pick up new skills quickly, and leaders are highly useful in imparting knowledge in a structured way.

Dislikes

Some of them are unavailable in an emergency, such as when they don't answer calls or don't respond. When there is an emergency, management can assist in other ways by sending security guards . However, in the case of female employees, in particular, they must handle everything on their own
