I truly value the growth opportunities at Business Integrity Services. Initially, there were some challenges with compensation aligning with my experience and skills. Now the things have greatly changed and improved. I enjoy the atmosphere and layout of the office, which makes working much more comfortable. Really gracious hospitality from the staff. Programs and events bring me great joy. In many ways, management is very beneficial. It is beneficial to pick up new skills quickly, and leaders are highly useful in imparting knowledge in a structured way.

Dislikes

Some of them are unavailable in an emergency, such as when they don't answer calls or don't respond. When there is an emergency, management can assist in other ways by sending security guards . However, in the case of female employees, in particular, they must handle everything on their own

There is no Valid hierarchy and the users working on our organization highly toxic and non-efficient, so the user who come to our organization does not possess sufficient knowledge in Medical Billing and Critical thinking, so providing them certain sufficient medical billing and overall AR work related scenarios will be good, but this is not provided, then the users taking advantage over company is very high and not valid actions are taken for them....Read More

I love the work culture as well as the employee satisfaction of Business Integrity Services, there is no work pressure and the managers and team leaders are always there to support us if we need any assistance, we can easily connect with Administration people if we have any concerns. HR team is always available if we have any queries.

I feel very satisfied with the way employees are treated here at BIS. Equality, equity and inclusion are the top priorities here. Also loving the culture, facilities such as cab, food, flexibility by giving WFH and WFO options, etc. Especially happy to work in my team where learning is given importance and are very well considerate of each one of us.

I'm just waiting for BIS to expand its business so I could refer my friends to the HR team and other teams here.
