Basically the keep changing process updates, and alot gotomeeting and teams calls with no idea why they are doing. They never listen to individual feedback but in meeting time the will ask to talk. There is alot of internal politics as of every company.

As a fresher we can get better pay than other companies in the market.

Constant monitoring and no personal space, Internal politics deserving people should have to forget about promotion and appraisal. Only boots lickers will get promotion, appraisal and other benefits.
