1) Sometimes, you feel like somebody's secretly watching all your activities. 2) Rules are made in such a way that you don't spend time ineffectively while doing your job.

There is no proper rules or procedures everything changes everytime depending on the management decision and bathroom and coffee breaks are timed and monitored. Even team members can't discuss work related issues in person inside office which is counted as break time.
