No proper training will be given and they will ask us to complete the work on time. Management and team leads are the worst. They dont know anything

The HR Team head Jayaprakash is very rude, they don't follow proper IT culture here. HR here is not on the side of employees they don't hear your problems they will do what the general manager says. The office is full of their relatives they are teamed.

We will work more than ten hours some times it takes more than 14 Hrs

HR Department simply waste, they won't do there work. The company culture would be better off if they made them work. HR works on management not for Employees Even not considered for the employees. Weekend Extra works are unpaid like Saturday and Sunday.
