Only best softwares and tech available. Few supportive seniors.

Dislikes

Highly political and money minded mindset higher management, not a single thought process for the employees working. Until n unless they change their behavior this company will always be in hiring mode. Some non engineering staff think they own the company as if they forgot this is a engineering firm where engineer grades bring you that work money/salary. No proper work culture, getting detorating day by day. So cheap that can't even provide basic necessity to employees and showing those necessity as privileged ones only to upper management people(cheapest mindset). No value for employees with less pay grade scale and hikes (partiality at peak with other streams). BH global is so well established and maintained but due to some extra mean minded people BH india is now some sort of cheap local LALA company (value speaks in the market itself). Hope it recovers some day.

Work life balance is not possible here lots of internal politics, Mainly project director are from mechanical background and they blaim on electrical team for everything.

There are lots of Problem you will get here and when you get the solution you will feel satisfied. This place is for the people who wants to solve the problem. Burohappold is full of opportunities, you would get to use your skill to create your aroma here. The kind of project we have over here is very challenging, you have to provide quality in limited time so you have to work hard to survive. This company is not for the people who wants to settle here.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day . I do receive appreciation, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step.

Likes

The organization is supporting all its employees through a well thought and processed WFH culture. A robust IT support and constant communication with senior staff proves that it is one of the best organizations to work for even in these tough times.

Dislikes

Not many drawbacks to count, but sometimes it becomes a bit difficult to convince the seniors about a new idea or approach.
