There is a lot of politics and management address our issues. Salary is not decreasing every year. One of most things is career growth very slow. There is a lot politics in our job career. Not given opportunity for new joiners. Very difficult to survive our family.

The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.
