Third class company. They have Main Manager in Delhi Office who is a Bcom, who has all the insecurities in the world because he doesn't know English. Cannot compose an letter. And how is the company going to function. Only thing you can learn here is how to lead life is a screwed up environment. There is no job security. Shameless. Hopeless. It's just running by a old name. Local companies are better at taking care of employees.

...eryone is doing any job. They can assign anyone any work, it's managers call. There is no increment, bonus or promotion even. They will only give contract jobs. All in all - if anyone doesn't have any other job back up. Then go to this to work. Else think a thousand times. Don't leave your existing job for this company. Not worth it.

More experience and knowledge improvement. But salary growth is very min. Like as no growth in salary In 4 years extra performance but salary increases only 2.5k up to date.

The organization is good & Employee friendly. Work culture was excellent giving consideration for Knowledge addition and continual improvement of employees

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high as I have to Travel and then finish off my duties and again travel.

Salary is very very less. Career growth is limited. Knowledge enhancing is zero. People want peacefull life with notension and with low salary expectation can comfortably work
