Nothing to like about this scammer company. In 5-6 years or less this company is going to be over.

Everything from work environment to salary. Fun part is that they will not give your fnf by saying ridiculous deductions.
Even if you have given priority info.
What company does not give you salary slip.
They do NOT GIVE SALARY SLIP & WHAT DEDUCTIONS ARE MADE IN SALARY.
Third party contractual jobs with minimum salary. No extra benefit, late salary, might take 1 month. Be ready for mental trauma. Permanent staffs misbehave and think as if they are your boss. Scientists will make you do each and every work which is supposed to be done by them.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality Training and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel other states especially to the Mumbai and Kolkata . But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
. First of all i like my process Patient Cllections.
. Getting support from my Team Manager and Team Leader, they are always good with team.
. Am getting more benefits like insurance coverage, night shift allowance, Diwali Bonus etc when compare to other organisation.
. Especially HR department member's are helping and sorting out the employee's concerns.
I dont have any dislike activities in this company
