Burckhardt Compression is globally renowned brand in compressor field however Burckhardt compression Middle East is tribble with its working culture and policies especially very horrible for field service personnel and there is no job securities here in BC middle east.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good, policies are not good, and company forced employees to take vacation without pay when there is no work for Field service peoples. There is no transparency and lack of professionalism.

- Leader in process gas segment - Weekends off - Salary on time - Nice Factory

- Poor process - Lack of learning space for fresher or new to the industry -Work life balance poor - though it MNC but work line local Indian company - not good for fresher - too much pressure

Specially in this Covid situation, Burkhardt Compression Supporting economically, without any deductions. Also provided work from home facilities despite number of hurdles.

Canteen and transport facilities for GSC is yet to be implemented.
