Growth opportunities are there but take a very long time and are also not sure even if the work is extraordinary. Learning totally depends on individual if you have attention to detail you’ll learn a lot and maybe put those skills to work somewhere else because promotions can take More than half a decade. Job security is a problem because ever since the brand is shutting down many doors the front end attrition rate booming.

As one of the high end luxury brands Burberry supports a very employee friendly environment where they give high importance to there customers, Training and operations are very functional and helpful as they keep updating there modules frequently keeping the employees updated with the latest trends and fashion as well as educating them with retail reportings. Safety is another major focus for Burberry as a brand they support a very high end safe environment with the newest technologies. Burberry excel's in taking adaptive measures for a cleaner and more greener environment. Work hours are also very comfortable as they give a high importance to their employees health giving them a very balanced work life. For a person like me who prefers a competitive and growing environment I'm very fortunate to share my experiences with Burberry.
