.... They have service commitment bond of 2years which is meant to cheat employees. They don't provide salary on time. No perks. No career growth. Life will be ruined. Please don't join and spoil your future.

Management bring low budget projects and make employees work extra. No fun and learning. No skill and personal development. No leaves and bonus. No incentives

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
