University is taking care of Civid19 . Every gate is installed with manual hand sanitizers. Mask is compulsory to wear and enter university if it is very urgent. Work from home is going on. Thanks

Teaching assistant job depends on Head of department recommendation so not sure next you will continue, if you have no job option then ok. Mostly senior teacher feel inferiority complex if you puplish High impact factor indexed journal may you lose your job .

Senior faculty not updated knowledge if you puplish High impact factor indexed journal research article , may be you loss your job . Mostly frausted faculty working as self finance they're involved in politics and create unhealthy evinvorment, they're unable to get better option
