Staff is good very supportive and friendly nature no politics between staff

Dislikes

There is no Time for office you can call earlier but you can go earlier. if your time is 7pm Last they will give you work on last moment and order you to go after complition of work, No salary on Time mine is 4 Month Pending, No Facilities, No Holidays, No PF, NO ESI, Nothing its a LALA Company

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
