Phone strictly not allowed not even at lunch - Management words "phone allowed ni h agr aap chhod k jana chahte h to ja sakte h ,outside world see apko kya karna ,9hrs yaha ho to yahi focus do no out side word communication need and most worst is "Roz roz konsa koi marta h "" At the time of interview they should inform about their phone policy but they not inform and they show a very very bad attitude after joining the employee. They need only robots who can work 9hrs continuesly Very suffocative work environment Bad behaviour Not professional Not Coffee no tea Fully Desk Job No good work environment Fully lala company They are following my company my rule

Everyday suspense whether you will login tomorrow morning or not. You can not think to buy something on EMI as when will be your last day you never know.

Dislikes

This is pure lala company. No job security, the owner can make your increment every other month or he can kick you out very next day. Yes man, no performance required if you are a yes sir person whether that is right/wrong, ethical/unethical. 12+ hours shift everyday Work when you are on leave Very unprofessional talks Shouting on employees in front of complete office staff Behaviour issues No facilities No work life balance
