... will be an asset for me all along my career as my skills got a lot of exposure. In case of my salary and incentives, company without any delay paid me on time, at the end of every month. As far as I know, this salary time policy is one of the important aspect that the company always abide. I was able to keep a kind of work life balance while working there as the working time was quite flexible. Overall I must say a great atmosphere to work.

The first thing i like about this company is about the opportunity providing to unlock your potential and become the best version of yourself. The team and management is always there for taking care of you while you needed help both professionally and personally. The management always willing to provide you all the necessary resources that can build you strong base for your bright future. I dont think there were any other better option for me to start a career other than BuildOwn Developers.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
