Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Good learning experience. Recognised company worldwide.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Far away from city. Salary hike wont confirm anybody. Family health insurance is not provided from company. If you are residing near company, transportation will be waste, which you cannot claim. Bonus is the part of CTC, hence based on individual, department and company performance it will be decided.
