Nah! If you do not want to work much, ok with repeated work and you are ok with the compensation without expecting much growth or opportunity, you can fit really well. It will be the best working place for you.

1. Not even standard cab facility 2. Bad management 3. No appraisal or promotion 4. Bad ethics(on the ground level) 5. A woman's career won't grow here at all. Total stagnant.(On the ground level) 6. Minimal options to save taxes if you are opting for old regime. 7. Very less opportunity to learn anything here. 8. The culture here is not sharing any information at all so as to keep your dependency on. 9. There is absolutely no one who will "actually" listen to your queries and help you out(not even HRs). 10. Yeah! A cafeteria with hardly any food option. But sure! Do come to office 3 days a week.

Work culture inside the floor is terrible. People shout at each other from across the floor. They need to learn a thing or two from Wipro on being employee centric.

It is the most terrible company to work with no growth opportunity and people being treated Like robots with not good compensation rewarded..It fools you at the Time of joining..but never fitts in the commitments made by them during joining..politics is the integral part of this company..pathetic management who have a capabilty of taking horrible decisions

...more than 300% pay. Your compensation will be 40%increment on your previous pay. They don't have well defined salary slab. Projects changes rapidly for me more than 6 projects were changed in span of 7months. Managers are inefficient most of then have been recently promoted without required skills and experience.

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect. The one who hired you hasn't even asked for feedback until now. "Every company asks for feedback every three months; I'm sharing what I know from my experience."
