...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard

Work environment was chilled and everyone seemed happy at most times, apart from appraisal days and IJP results

Salary structure was appalling and so was the promotion process, pretty shady in all honesty.

... ask you to strech the work hours. They are very approachable and cooperative. The company also gives a good salary hike and fair appraisals. The company provides both way cab and free food.

Nothing as such, but the trainees require to complete a period of 15 months to be a permanent employee.

I worked with BT E serv Kolkata and experience is terrible.. Employees are unprofessional, biased.

Dislikes

Employees are unprofessional, No constructive training plan,no salary growth no matter's how good you performed,employees are more into politics can not tolerate people who comes from outside, HR is highly highly highly unprofessional and biased.HR use misuses the powers. Please note the feedback is for BT Eserv Kolkata.I had to resign because of the dirty politics.I fought for justice and raised the concern with BT UK.

1. Management direction seems lacking with too frequent changes. 2. Easy-go attitude (though could be helpful for some)
