BSL Limited is leader in fabric manufacturing as producing approx 15 lacks mtrs per month and exporting around 156 countries accross the world. BSL working culture is very very healthy/good. All working peoples are happy and were enagaged on their work without any abstackles or internal politics. And BSL Management is also very serious against Environment,Safety & health their of workforce as well as necessary facilities as per their policy. There are no any reportable incident from from the last 6.5 years. And BSL Management is Committed to 100% compliances without any fail against ISO:45001, ISO:14001 , ISO: 9001 and ISO:50001. And all workforce are working frankly with their expected job security always.

There is no environment for working and employee feel that there is no security for job. There is no Carrier growth.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the higher management thought is very cheap and didn't support their team. There is no commitment value from management side.
