...taneously. (Eg: By maintaining groupism one can do backbiting while working). Patience level will definitely increase, when you work for whole month and you will receive salary on next mid-month. And payslips by end of next month after begging like anything. Good platform to enhance negativity through company work culture from all rounder. Can learn other skills like how to flush others excretion. If anyone have buttering skills, can stay for long time in BSL. If anyone is serious about career and own personality then need to completely forget if employees make decided to stay for year(s). Hats Off BSL for your superior work culture and HR policies which I never studied/learnt even heard during my MBA and working tenure with other companies. Flexible working hours depends upon business needs (Eg: Strict login time. Logout time depends upon partiality level on individuals.) Name sake WFH opportunity also depends upon employees buttering level toward seniors .

...lity and Backbiting is the only thing one can blindly expect from BSL employees. Never get salary ontime. After asking continuously one week then only BSL will agree for payslips that too is next month. Eg: If one works in Jan month they will receive salary on 10th Feb by cheque and payslips by 28th Feb to 30th Feb (only if someone ask for payslips through mails, meetings, face to face. Orelse BSL won't send payslips by their own). 6days working in 1st 3month+No National holiday, only 5 festive holiday in a year. Company rules and HR Policys are something which you can't find in any Labour Laws.

There was nothing to like about this company.

I interned with this company for 3 weeks. Our team leader was Shilpa who was absolutely manner less and didn't wanted to reply even a single query with a positive tone. She was extremely rude and always used to try to do politics in the office. Even they didn't paid me for the 3 weeks tenure for the work I contributed in the company and refused to deliver a experience letter to me. I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company if they want to do a good job.

Since this is a family of 75+ employees only the boss and HR are there to help you in every way & I've had real problems which they helped me with over time so. Just the Saturdays are working other than that there's a v healthy work environment & timely appraisals as well.

Saturdays are working on alternate weeks.

Nothing is good there. Its just they gave me my first job. apart from that nothing good.

One you told the management that you are looking for a change because you are getting a life changing opportunity they'll start treating you like their enemy/rival and make you are life hell from the very next day. Everything related to management, I dislike.
