It's good for freshers. Company is just like a training center. Freshers come and learn after that they leave.

Dislikes

Company does not care and respect its old and experienced employees. An unprofessional environment always exists in the company which is very bad for mental peace. There is too much interference of owners even in trivial matters. Company does not give any such facilities as mentioned below:
