The management is self centered and has n intensions to pay what the promise. So be sure to get your CTC well defined. Else the rules to not appreciate your performance will be more than reasons to pay a better compensation

The pay is just unacceptable with all means to not pay variable which they call as sales commission. Even if you achieve your annual target be assured you wont be paid as you expect.

BSI - the company culture as a whole is excellent & bsi think from client perspective & always professional from attire to small details. Learning within bsi is noteworthy.

Salary & appraisals need to be improved & utilization of resources need to be understood in proper way & people need to be upgraded accordingly & in that way people feel motivated too.

There is groupism and politics. south Indian dominance in top management. There is no room for sincere person. If management is not happy shall frame you in allegation

It was a great experience as I was groomed from EA to MD to the level of heading Administrative Manager. Given many opportunities to learn alot from my teammate in different departments of accounts, marketing as well as sales.

As I have reached to s level there was career stagnation.
