For starters, there was no paycut during pandemic, salary increment and bonus was as usual. WFH scenario is working just fine with added reimbursement of internet expenses. None of the employees were sacked due to covid and the support from holding company (at Munich) has been sublime.

...and manglore. For other people they give pressures make them to leave the job.. They give too less salary as wage worker.

If u complaint to HR also no use.. worst company. HR always walk as per Manager Guide lines. They give lot of work if ur not from udupi and mangalore even though u dont get any hike and other benefits . Its like North Korea dictatorship . Nobody cant say anything

...ighly supportive to foster the crux of an organization i.e. It’s employees. There has been no layoffs, no salary cuts. Moreover, the appraisals and promotions happened.

The compensation structure can be a little bit top notch than what rivals are offering for a Marketing/Managerial role.

Salary issues and they give the importance only Company staff not to contract operators.lots of politics...they not give the experience certificate to operators.

Highly bad management Not at all recommend to fresher who want to purse higher in IT they will generally give you some post of their choice to fresher If your luck is good you may get high end technology if your luck is bad you will get to work in a technology which you can't even think of which is highly low technology little career and no one woul like to work it
