1. They don't provide a salary on time. Every month they make some [ approx 10 to 20 days ] delay to deliver your salary 2. Sometimes you may receive only half of your salary. Like a paytm balance , your amount will holded by this company 3. Worst leave and HR policies. you need to beg for a single day leave. 4. They wont care about your personal life, whatever situation you face,you need to work b days per week. 5. You should not expect hike on this company. you can expect only an false commitments 6. Fire employees without proper reason and prior information 7. Dont fall on this company by seeing fake reviews. they force employees to post positive reviews for their company. everything is fake and false statement 8. Apart from all, Dont trust this management , one of the worst and cheap attitude person's.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
