Total waste company and bad people. its a labour company, not good for working. only superior gets bonus and handsome increases and perks. No proper training and chronological order in management. 1. Overall Leaves : Annual 30 days, 15 carry forward, plus sick leave, plus optional holiday 2. Canteen Subsidy : breakfast/snacks 7₹ and Lunch at 20₹ 3. Job Security : No Matter What Situation and how bad your performance is company will not remove you.

Resignation Policy : 3 months notice period and for duration you will not serve you need to pay double the ctc for that duration

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
