Very Tooooo late Salaries i.e., every 03 to 05 months giving only one salary. So that Most of the people Resigned from the BSCPL Rest of that ALL IS WELL.

Salary is very delayed 5 to 6 months This company only support to Telugu people Vehicle is not provided for site visit Senior behaviour is not good for employees HR is not received phone call after joining Food is very shortage Pillow & Bed sheet not provided

Best opportunity to join in politics, we will get more knowledge which will help to join in political party. They will teach how to spoil or torture another person life

...ey say they feel happy. No knowledge you will gain because they also don't know. Only rotation money by keeping high pressure and low salary on employees.

Working environment is great and stressfree. Job is secured unless you messedup bad things. Low level management is very supportive.

Dislikes

All you need to do is work hard but don't expect salary and increments. When management have money in their pocket they will clear dues but 2 or 3 months salary is on pending at any point. Sometimes You may not get credited for consecutive 90 days. Career growth mainly depends on caste.
